• Standard-sized dresses take approximately 40 days to make.

• Custom orders require around 60 days.

Shipping

• Standard shipping is done via Canada Post, taking approximately 14 business days.

• This standard shipping service is complimentary for all orders.

• Expedited shipping:

  • Available through DHL or UPS.

  • Delivery takes 3–7 days, depending on the service.

  • Expedited shipping is subject to an additional fee.

• Please inform us of your preferred shipping method at the time of ordering.

Tracking Information & Taxes

• Our dispatch team will send tracking information via email so you can monitor your package.

• While shipping within Canada via Canada Post is free, any duties or taxes incurred at the point of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
