Our custom tailoring service offers a couture-inspired experience—your gown will be individually crafted based on your precise measurements, ensuring an elegant and refined fit tailored just for you.

Precision Meets Perfection
To ensure the most accurate fit, please refer to our Measurement Guide before placing your order. Our team is also available to assist if you need personalized guidance while taking your measurements.

Made-to-Order Craftsmanship
Each gown is meticulously handcrafted with care and detail. Please allow up to 60 days for the production of your custom dress. We encourage all brides to order well in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Finishing Touches
While our custom gowns are made to your specifications, every bride’s body is unique. As such, minor alterations may still be needed. We are happy to collaborate directly with your local seamstress if they require any support from our design team.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Custom gowns are made exclusively for you, which means we have limitations in our return policy.

Within 7 days: You will receive a full refund less the payment processing fee of 6%.

Within 7–14 days: 35% of the purchase value will be charged, covering material allocation, design, and designer time.

After delivery: Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing fault is found. In the rare event that there is an issue with your gown, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
